Partnering to Protect Texas:

Protect Rural Communities

At the Texas Rural Health Association (TRHA), we are proud to partner with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and other local, state, and national organizations on the Risk Less. Do More. campaign. This nationwide initiative is designed to raise awareness and increase confidence in vaccines that help reduce severe illness from common respiratory viruses, particularly in at-risk populations. By focusing on Texas’ rural and underserved communities, we aim to ensure that healthcare professionals across the state are empowered to share critical information and resources with their patients.

Vaccines are a vital tool in protecting our most vulnerable populations, and healthcare providers play a central role in this effort. TRHA is committed to supporting our rural healthcare workforce by providing the education, tools, and resources they need to increase vaccine uptake and improve health outcomes. We’ve included a comprehensive toolkit with ads, educational materials, and resources to help you reach at-risk patients and strengthen your community’s health defenses.

Together, let’s take action to Risk Less and Do More to ensure a healthier Texas.
