Purpose
The Texas Rural Health Action Alliance (TRHAA) is an informal coalition of TRHA members and partners who are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of rural and underserved communities across Texas. By uniting Texas’s leading organizations and through a multi-sector collaborative approach, we focus on addressing rural and TRHA priority areas around advocacy, workforce development, and collaborative efforts to drive sustainable improvements in rural healthcare through networking events and roundtables discussions.

Mission:
Our mission is to facilitate and foster a statewide alliance network made up of our members and partners, reaching and engaging key stakeholders. By leveraging this alliance, we aim to create strategic collaborations that drive collective impact, leading to meaningful and lasting improvements in the health and well-being of Texas’s rural communities.

Building Specialized Networks
We are in the process of establishing the Texas Rural Health Action Alliance initiative, with a strong focus on creating specialized networks that will address critical priority areas in rural healthcare.

• Objective: Develop focused working groups within the Alliance to tackle specific challenges in advocacy, workforce development, and collaborative efforts.
• Goal: To establish specialized networks, each with a clear agenda and regular meetings, to develop targeted solutions and drive progress in their respective areas.
